Sales Analysis

We are seeking a Sales Analyst to join our team. The Sales Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our sales department by analyzing sales data, preparing quotations using SAP software, responding to inquiries, and maintaining communication with customers in both Arabic and English. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field, possess strong communication skills in English, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize SAP software to prepare quotations and pricing for sales proposals.

2. Receive and respond to customer inquiries promptly, maintaining a high level of professionalism in both Arabic and English.

3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

4. Assist in the development and management of customer relationships.

5. Conduct research, both locally and internationally, to identify potential new customers.

6. Collaborate with the sales team to analyze sales data and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

7. Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

8. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while handling sales-related tasks.

9. Monitor customer accounts, order status, and delivery schedules to ensure customer satisfaction.

10. Proactively follow up with existing and potential customers to meet sales targets and goals.

Qualifications:

1. Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.

2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.

3. Proficiency in SAP software for quotation preparation.

4. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

6. Self-motivated and committed to fulfilling responsibilities.

7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

8. Ability to conduct effective online research to identify potential customers.

9. Prior experience in sales or a related field is a plus.
